New series of thermal break profiles
THERMIC 5 by Palladio®

Palladium has expanded its range of window systems with high insulation with a new profile for doors with thermal high performance.
THERMIC 5 is composed of two tubular welded thick 1,5 mm with a special material interposed, which ensures the cutting of the thermal bridge and enhances the insulation thanks to the presence of well 5 inner tubes.

Thermal transmittance Fixtures
The thermal transmittance U is the average heat flux that passes, per square meter of surface, through a structure that separates two rooms at different temperatures (for example a heated environment from the outside, or by a non-heated). The unit of measurement of the thermal transmittance is the W / m2 K.
Being the objective of energy saving to minimize the heat dispersion, it is necessary that the elements forming the building envelope have a low thermal transmittance value, so as to reduce the amount of waste heat.

As for New Buildings The first table refers to the values ​​"total" of the window, while the second to the glazing that go to the minimum used (throughout the 2010 still needs to be done regarding the column "From 1 July 2008"). The values ​​required for New Buildings are not particularly restrictive, and can be observed even without the production of door and window frames particularly performing.
